I’m excited to celebrate the release of Melody Grace’s Unwrapped, a novella in the Beachwood Bay Series!! I’m a HUGE fan of this series and trust me you’ll want to snatch this up and snuggle by the fire for a fun holiday read!

UNWRAPPED Cover

:Synopsis:

You are invited to join friends and family in Beachwood Bay for the wedding of the year…

Lacey James is wild, spontaneous and up for anything.
Daniel Sullivan is careful, sensible, and mending his broken heart.

It’s a match nobody saw coming, but when the unlikely pair get stranded together on the way home for the holidays, Lacey finds her long-term crush impossible to ignore. As the snow keeps falling, and a friendly game of truth or dare gets way out of control, Daniel discovers that the one girl he wants more than anything is the last person he expected.

But when the snow melts, will their night together be more than just a memory? And will they make it to Beachwood Bay in time for the wedding? Anything can happen this holiday season!

Fall in love with the latest installment of the internationally bestselling Beachwood Bay series by Melody Grace.

:My Review:
First let me say this is how I feel about Unwrapped and what’s to come in Melody’s Beachwood Bay series…

Secondly, Melody is not allowed to stop writing. Ever.
Now, in my opinion I feel in order to fully appreciate Unwrapped I you really should read the first book in the series, Unbroken. You won’t be lost if you don’t, but it’s just better if you do.
Despite Unwrapped being a novella, Lacey and Daniel’s story still had all of the intensity and passion I’ve come to expect and love with Melody’s stories. She never lets me down.
They’re just beautiful, romantic, sexy love stories. Heading cross country for Juliet and Emerson’s Christmas wedding, Lacey unexpectedly bumps into Daniel (yes, THAT Daniel, as in Juliet’s ex fiance Daniel) at LAX. He’s heading home to his folks for the holidays. I felt the electricity from that first bump.
An unexpected blizzard forces their flight to land early, and they’re left sharing the last room at the airport hotel. Turns out Lacey has always felt a certain kind of way for Daniel, and Daniel is starting to see Lacey in a completely new light. He realizes she may not be the total wild child hot mess he once thought she was.
Not only was there chock full o’plenty passion and intensity in the sexy dept, there was also plenty of
angst too.Told in a dual POV, these two had me grrr’ing in glorious frustration! Both kept misinterpreting the others words and actions. Lacey thought he was still hung up on Juliet and Daniel thought he was just one of Lacey’s usual one night stands. I just wanted to smack them both and yell “just tell him/her how you feel.” Eventually they came to their senses so I didn’t have to get aggressive with them. I NEED more from them. I HAVE to see what the future has in store for them. I felt like Unwrapped was the perfect appetizer for Lacey and Daniel and I’m ready for the main course, in the form of a full length book. PLEASE  🙂

Unwrapped gave me all the feels I want in a book with characters I love so I’m giving
Unwrapped a solid 5*

  1. Honestly I have no idea. I have no experience with snow. I live in place where rarely snowing and I have to make a trip to see snow in winter. I hope, if I ever stranded in the snow to have company and they know what to do.
