Front Man Leo Nash from the world-famous rock band, Nash, is the last person on earth Samantha Williams would trust. She’s already learned about loving a celebrity the hard way and isn’t signing up for another lesson.
Every time Sam gives Leo attitude, he wants to knock that chip off her fragile little shoulder. What the hell did he ever do to her, anyway? He’s not used to women treating him like he’s poisonous, and he isn’t about to let her run away every time he gets close. He’s had enough of people running away to last him a lifetime…when this one runs, he gives chase. But, catching Sam isn’t as hard as he thought.
The sexual attraction between them is so thick, Sam can practically hold it in her hand. There’s no way she can deny herself the promise of pleasure being with Leo would provide. But, pleasure always comes with pain and when secrets are revealed and trust is challenged, who will run and who will chase?
As it gets closer to our scheduled interview time I decided to crank the heat up in here; I’m hoping if it gets hot enough that Leo decides to ditch the shirt!
*I hear a knock at the door and almost fall off the chair I was standing on fiddling with the thermostat*
Me: Why hello there Leo, you startled me; you’re early! *he’s eyeing me wondering what in the hell I’m doing standing on a chair with a screwdriver in my hand* please excuse me, I was trying to adjust the thermostat and turn it down but it seems like it’s broken yet again *I giggle nervously and get down and walk over to him to shake his hand and give him a hug. He smells FANTASTIC and I instantly feel like I’m cheating on Nate & Will*
Me: Come on, let’s go have a seat *I usher him over to the overstuffed sofa in the office* Can I get you anything? Water? Coffee? Soda? *I look all around to see if Sam is in the vicinity* Me?
Leo: laughs No thanks, I’m good. It is warm in here, isn’t it?
Me: So first things first, how are you? How is everything between you and Samantha?
Leo: We’re great. She’s out shopping today.
Me: Leo, if it’s ok with you I’d like to go back to when we first met you. After hearing so much about you from Meg we finally got to meet you at the end of Play With Me, may I ask what was it like seeing Meg again after so much time had passed and at a wedding you were hired for of all places?
Leo: I had no idea Meg would be there, so when I saw her walking across the floor toward me to sing her song, I just… went numb, I guess. I was so excited to see her, and had so much I wanted to say, but it wasn’t the appropriate time.
Me: I’m glad you and Meg worked out your issues and that you decided to stick around…besides a little R&R was there, perhaps, another reason influencing your decision to stay in Seattle? *hint hint*
Leo: I wanted to spend time with Meg, get off the road, and go from there. Samantha was a huge surprise to me. A good one, obviously.
Me: Speaking of possible outside influences, what went thru your mind when you first saw Samantha?
Leo: Holy fuck, look at that smile.
*You ok there Leo? You look like your starting to sweat. I apologize for the heat; by all means you’re welcome to take your shirt off*
Leo: It’s warm in here. Between the temperature and your hotness, Holly, I think I will go ahead and take this shirt off. Thanks. takes shirt off and sets it on the arm of the chair
Me: To say Samantha harbored some animosity towards you is an understatement, I’m sure you felt that along with the feeling that she wanted to tear your clothes off, did you have a game plan in mind to woo her or did you decide to just wing it and let nature take it’s course?
Leo: Honestly, I just wanted to spend time with her. She intrigues me. I never really know what’s going on in that gorgeous head of hers, and she’s fun to be with.
Me: Leo, I’ve got to tell you I love how treated Sam, you quickly sensed she’d been hurt in the past and you ALWAYS made sure your actions matched your words. You never made us doubt your feelings for her.
Leo: Thanks, Holly. It’s just important to me that Samantha is always safe. She’s the priority.
Me: Now that you’re with Samantha you know the Montgomery’s are a packaged deal; coming from having a very little family what’s it like coming into this HUGE lovable crazy bunch?
Leo: It’s overwhelming, but they’re really fun and good to Sam and Meg, which is the most important thing. I’m still getting to know them.
Me: Any plans on making yourself a permanent part of the family, if you know what I’m sayin? FYI If you ever have those intentions, a certain someone set the bar high this time around so I expect you to top what they did (those who have read RWM know what I’m talking about)
Leo: Samantha and I are going at our own pace. Neither of us is ready to get married. I’m just happy that she’s with me every day. She’s the most amazing person I’ve ever met.
Me: Alright Leo we’re almost done, I’ve got a quick speed round for you
